Fulfillment Policy

1. Overview

This Fulfillment Policy governs the delivery of services provided by PixelCommerce LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”), operating under the brand QonsultAura via qonsultaura.com (“Service”). By engaging with our services, you agree to this Fulfillment Policy in addition to our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

2. Nature of Services

QonsultAura offers digital marketing services, including but not limited to content strategy, short-form video creation, editing, consulting, and digital asset delivery. All services are delivered electronically unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Delivery Timeline

Our typical delivery timeframe for short-form content varies depending on the scope of work but generally follows this structure:

  • Initial Strategy Call: Within 2–4 business days after booking.
  • First Draft Delivery: Within 5–10 business days after the agreed start date.
  • Final Delivery: After feedback is received and revisions (if any) are completed.

All timelines are estimates. Delays caused by late client responses, missing materials, or revision cycles are not the responsibility of QonsultAura.

4. Revisions

Each service package includes a set number of revisions as clearly stated in the service agreement or proposal. Additional revisions beyond this scope may incur extra charges. Revision requests must be submitted within 5 business days of delivery.

5. Delivery Method

All files, assets, and communications will be delivered via email, Google Drive, Slack, or another digital platform as agreed. We do not provide physical products or shipping services.

6. Non-Delivery or Delay

If you do not receive the deliverables within the expected timeframe, please contact us at mohammed@qonsultaura.com. Non-delivery claims must be reported within 7 business days of the expected delivery date. Failure to do so may void eligibility for resolution or compensation.

7. Cancellation & Refunds

Due to the nature of digital services and the time invested, all purchases are final. We do not offer refunds once work has begun or after deliverables have been shared. If you cancel before work starts, you may be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion, minus a 10–25% processing and reservation fee.

8. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information, content, and branding materials
  • Responding to communication and approval requests in a timely manner
  • Ensuring they have rights to any third-party content they provide

Delays caused by missing or incorrect information are not grounds for a refund.

9. Intellectual Property

All materials provided by the client remain their property. All custom-created content by QonsultAura will be transferred to the client upon final payment, except for stock media or templates for which licensing terms may apply.

10. Limitation of Liability

QonsultAura is not liable for:

  • Losses resulting from delays or service interruptions
  • Client business outcomes, including financial performance, due to content usage
  • Any third-party platform restrictions (e.g., account bans or content removal)

Use of our services is at your own discretion and risk.

11. Privacy & Data Use

All client data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined therein.
