At QONSULTAURA LLC, we take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have. We keep things straightforward — no jargon, no surprises.
Who We Are
QONSULTAURA LLC provides digital infrastructure consulting and technology services to businesses. We are not a bank, payment processor, or financial institution. We don't hold, handle, or control client funds. Our work is consulting and technical setup — nothing more.
What Information We Collect
We only collect what's needed to do our job. That includes:
- Contact details — your name, company name, email address, and phone number (including WhatsApp) when you reach out or become a client.
- Business information — whatever you choose to share about your operations during our consultations.
- Communication records — emails, messages, and support conversations so we can keep track of what we've discussed.
- Billing details — invoice information needed to charge for our consulting services. We never store full card numbers or bank credentials; payments go through third-party processors.
- Website usage data — basic stuff like IP address, browser type, and which pages you visit, collected automatically.
What we don't collect: government ID numbers, full payment card details, biometric data, or your customers' personal information (unless we're acting under a specific agreement with you).
Important: If you use our infrastructure to run your own business, you're responsible for having your own privacy policy and getting proper consent from your customers. We're not responsible for how you handle your users' data.
How We Use Your Information
We use your data for clear, limited purposes:
- Delivering our services — providing the consulting and technical setup you hired us for.
- Communicating with you — responding to questions, sending updates, and managing the relationship.
- Billing — invoicing and collecting payment for our work.
- Security and fraud prevention — keeping our systems safe and blocking bad actors.
- Legal obligations — complying with laws, court orders, or government requests when required.
We don't use your data for anything else without telling you first.
Who We Share Data With
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone. We only share data in these situations:
- Service providers — trusted third parties who help us run our business (hosting, email, payment processing). They're contractually bound to keep your data secure.
- Legal requirements — if a court, regulator, or law enforcement demands it, and we believe it's valid.
- Business transfers — if QONSULTAURA LLC is acquired or restructured, your data may transfer with the business. You'll be notified beforehand.
That's it. No selling, no ad networks, no shady sharing.
How Long We Keep Data
- Client records — for the duration of our relationship plus 5 years after it ends (for legal and tax purposes).
- Inquiries that don't become clients — 12 months, then deleted.
- Website analytics — up to 24 months, anonymized.
- Server logs — 90 days, then purged.
After these periods, data is securely deleted or made anonymous.
How We Protect Your Data
We use industry-standard security measures — encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, multi-factor authentication, and regular monitoring. That said, no online system is 100% secure. We do our best, but we can't guarantee absolute protection against every possible threat.
Cookies
Our website uses minimal cookies for basic functionality and analytics. We don't use cookies for advertising or tracking you across the web. You can block cookies in your browser settings, but some parts of the site might not work as well.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your data
- Restrict or object to certain processing
- Get a copy of your data in a portable format
- Withdraw consent you previously gave
To exercise any of these rights, email us at mohammed@qonsultaura.com. We'll respond within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity first. There's no charge for legitimate requests.
Note: If your data was collected through one of our clients (we're just the technical provider), you need to contact that client directly — they control your data, not us.
International Transfers
We operate globally, so your data may be processed in countries other than your own. When we transfer data across borders, we use legal safeguards like standard contractual clauses to make sure it stays protected.
Children's Privacy
Our services are for businesses and people 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If we find out we have, we delete it immediately.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
We take privacy seriously, but we need to be clear about where our responsibility ends:
- Security incidents: Despite our efforts, breaches and cyberattacks are a reality of the digital world. We're not liable for damages from events beyond our reasonable control.
- Your obligations as a client: If you use our infrastructure, you're responsible for your own privacy policy, user consents, and compliance with laws in your jurisdiction. Any liability from your business activities is yours, not ours.
- Third-party services: We may integrate with third-party platforms and tools. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their privacy practices — check their policies directly.
- Liability cap: To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any privacy-related claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
- No financial services: QONSULTAURA LLC is not a bank, payment processor, or money transmitter. We provide consulting and technology setup only. We never hold or control client or end-user funds.
Please read carefully: By using our services, you accept these limitations. If you don't agree, you should not use our services.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll update the date at the top of the page. For significant changes, we'll also let you know by email or with a notice on our website. Continuing to use our services after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
